Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with JAGwear. We value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at cs@jagwear.com to request a Return Slip and return instructions.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval or without a Return Slip will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
- We do not provide return shipping labels.
- You may use your preferred carrier to return the item to the address provided on the Return Slip.
- Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To request an exchange, follow the same process as initiating a return.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship your replacement.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at cs@jagwear.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

• A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
