Terms and Conditions – UGC + Affiliate Campaign

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in our User-Generated Content (UGC) and Affiliate Campaign (“the Campaign”). By submitting a video review or registering as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Eligibility

• Participation is open to individuals who have previously purchased products from us.

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age.

• Employees, partners, and associated vendors of the brand are not eligible.

3. UGC Video Submission

• Participants are invited to create a 30-second to 1-minute product review video showcasing their genuine experience with our products.

• Videos must be original, clear, and highlight the product being reviewed.

• The content must not contain offensive, misleading, or inappropriate material.

• By submitting a video, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, edit, and distribute the content across our social media, marketing, and promotional channels.

4. Incentives and Rewards

• Participants whose videos are approved will receive a cash reward between $50 and $100, based on the review quality and authenticity of the content.

• Only positive and constructive reviews that meet our quality standards will qualify for cash rewards.

• Payment will be made via a method agreed upon with the participant after review approval.

• Rewards are limited to one per approved video per customer.

5. Affiliate Program

• Participants can register as affiliates through our dedicated affiliate registration page.

• Upon approval, affiliates will receive a unique referral link to share with their audience.

• Affiliates will earn a commission on every successful purchase made through their referral link.

• Commission details, tracking, and payout schedules will be communicated directly to approved affiliates.

6. Content Ownership and Rights

• By submitting a video or participating in the affiliate program, you agree to grant the brand a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual license to use your content.

• You retain ownership of your original content but authorize us to modify, adapt, and publish it for promotional use.

7. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any participant found to be:

• Violating these terms or submitting misleading content.

• Using unauthorized materials or infringing third-party rights.

• Engaging in fraudulent activities within the affiliate program.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the Campaign, video submission, or affiliate earnings.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or terminate this Campaign or its Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
